Authorization Limits
Transaction authorization may be declined by the acquiring bank when cardholder limits are exceeded.
This page explains how India Tribal Care Trust handles failed authorizations, donation refund requests, tax benefit conditions, and policy conflicts relating to use of this site.
These conditions describe how donations, declined transactions, discretionary review requests, and tax certificate eligibility are handled by India Tribal Care Trust.
Transaction authorization may be declined by the acquiring bank when cardholder limits are exceeded.
Once a donation has been made for a specific purpose, it is generally not refundable and its purpose cannot be changed.
Tax deduction benefits depend on proper donor details, a valid PAN, and a complete communication address.
Please review the conditions below before making any donation or attempting to modify a completed transaction.
India Tribal Care Trust shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Once a donation has been made for a particular purpose, no refund can be made for that donation, nor can the end purpose be changed.
Please contact us immediately if there are extenuating circumstances. Your case may be reviewed at our discretion.
All non-cash donations will be eligible for tax deduction benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act as per the extant rules, subject to the condition that the donor has provided proper details, a valid PAN number, a complete communication address, and has requested an 80G certificate.
If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and the rules and or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material, then the latter shall prevail.
